Credit Card Ban
As from 14th April 2020, in line with the Credit Card Ban in the United Kingdom, we will not be able to accept the following methods of payment from UK players:
• Credit card payments
• E-wallet payments in which credit cards have been used to deposit money into the e-wallet
However, we still accept payments that are made via Visa Debit Card and MasterCard Debit.
Please note that the foregoing limitations will also apply for subscriptions or renewals of subscriptions.

To withdraw money from your account:
- Sign into your Jackpot.com account
- Go to "My Account" and select "Withdraw"
- Select payment method from the drop-down menu of available payment options and enter the amount you wish to withdraw
- Click "Withdraw" to complete the transaction
- You will receive an automatic notification to your email when your withdrawal is complete
If you are unable to process your withdrawal request via any of the payment methods available on the Jackpot.com site, the Finance Department can assist you and manually process the funds using either a bank wire transfer or an e-wallet transfer (PayPal, Skrill). Please note that there are certain processing fees for this type of transaction, which are not charged by Jackpot.com, but by the financial institution or the payment method respectively.
Refunds
In case your account was closed with a positive balance, you can request a refund to recover this one. The refund minimum amount is set to £1 and must be requested through the same payment method originally used to deposit. If this is not possible, we can return your funds to a bank account held in your name by bank transfer. The minimum amount for a bank transfer is £10 and any administration and payment fees incurred by this bank transfer will be covered by you.
